Please feel free to browse the questions and answers below.I cannot see the movies on the page. Is there something wrong with my internet browser?
If you do not see the movie player in the top right of the site, you might not have the Flash Player installed on your Computer.Amway Video uses Macromedia Flash to display the videos online.Microsoft Internet Explorer as well as Mozilla Firefox should offer you the download of the Flash Player Plugin when accessing the site.
Alternatively you can download it for free here.
Can I download the Videos to my Computer?
When viewing a video online, below the Video Player, you can see "Download Video" and below "Windows Media" and "MP4". Should the Video be available for download in a bigger and smaller Version, there will be two according Buttons, otherwise just one.Choose here to download the Video in Windows Media (WMV) format for playback on Windows Media Player or MP4 for playback on Apple Computers using Quicktime Player.
If you click on the button and your default video player opens up instead of the video getting downloaded, simply do a right mouse click on the button and choose "Save target as" in Internet Explorer or "Save link as" in Firefox.
Can I forward or mail the Videos to somebody else?
This is possible by clicking the button "Email this to a colleague". Once this has been clicked, just put the desired information into the form that gets displayed and send the link to this video in an email to somebody else. Why do I have to enter something from a graphic before sending the mail?
As a security mechanism, a so called CAPTCHA is used on Amway Video. A CAPTCHA is a program that protects websites against bots by generating and grading tests that humans can pass but current computer programs cannot. For example, humans can read distorted text as the one shown on Amway Video, but current computer programs can't. This has been implemented to avoid spamming by using our email functionality. Can i use the videos with my iPod or iPhone through iTunes?

What does the icon
mean on the start page?
This is the RSS Feed icon.RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest information and videos in one place, as soon as its published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.Feeds are also known as RSS, which is 'Really Simple Syndication'. In essence, the feeds themselves are just web pages, designed to be read by computers rather than people.
How do I start using Feeds?
In general, the first thing you need is something called a news reader, which is already implemented in Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new information that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications.Browser-based news readers let you catch up with your RSS feed subscriptions from any computer, whereas downloadable applications let you store them on your main computer, in the same way that you either download your e-mail using Outlook, or keep it on a web-based service like Hotmail.
If you click on the RSS button you can subscribe to the feed in various ways, including by dragging the URL of the feed into your news reader or by cutting and pasting the same URL into a new feed in your news reader. Most sites that offer feeds use a similar orange button, but some may just have a normal web link.
Some browsers, including Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Opera and Safari, automatically check for feeds for you when you visit a website, and display an icon when they find one. This can make subscribing to feeds much easier. For more details on these, please check their websites.
